I believe you should lose you virginity only when you are ready, when it feels comfortable to you and not when you feel pressured into doing something you don’t want to do. However I feel like everyone who is younger than me are in a rush to have sex, but what is there to rush? So many girls are having sex under age and it disturbs me as I have a 12 year old sister. I cannot stress any more that in the UK the legal age to have sex is 16 and the reason why its 16 is because below that age you are a MINOR which means you are still considered a CHILD. Also girls are not properly physically developed before 16, so if you have sex under age you may damage your reproductive system, not only that but sex is a very emotional experience to go through so I don’t think it should be entered into lightly. Girls need to raise the bar and not roll around giving themselves to any Tom, Dick, or Harry. But hey that’s my opinion, I know people who have had sex under age, I also know people who have had various sexual encounters with many people. Its not for me to judge what is right and wrong. At the end of the day its your decision and something you have to live with.
